The following are the terms and conditions you must agree to before admission:

    American International University has a co-operation membership with an experience based degrees & certificates center under number 11248 dated 29th of May 2006, this membership is fully legal.

    In addition please carefully read the following terms & conditions below:

1. You must understand that there is no curriculum, basically we depend on your experience then we send you a reference in your country during 1-2 years (4 years for a Bachelor Degree) to research in addition to your career field. The quizzes sent to you are smart questions implemented within American International University education plan. After answering the quiz material in addition to your research and proof of experience as well as years of experience in your field you will be evaluated and given the degree requested from American International University.
2. You must understand that during your subscription with us for 1-2 years (4 years for a Bachelor Degree) and through evaluation of your research and quiz answers your efforts will be graded by American International University and based on submitted documents to prove your experience, this is in accordance with the co-operation agreement made with the Center for Electronic Degrees. Meaning you must send us your CV and copies of your prior education certificates after which we send you the information regarding books and required study material available in local stores or electronically to start working on your research project. After finishing your research project you shall submit it to us for evaluation by our council to award you a percentage based score in accordance with your prior education, experience certificates, research and quiz answers. At this stage your overall performance will be evaluated based on an 8-9 principle strategy and your final score/degree awarded.
3. You must understand that American International University is not an actual university, but rather an authorized agent for legal universities through the Center for Electronic Degrees or through agreements with UDEX University Corporation.
4. You must indemnify American International University from any legal responsibility under any circumstances or from any damages suffered by the holder of this certificate.
5. I understand that American International University does not provide any commercial guarantees for any purpose.
6. You must understand that your certificate, graduation pack and verification letters from the Apostille of Legal Authentication & Attestation in accordance with the Hague Convention are to be notarized from one embassy representing your country of residence, we have no role in such verification being accepted from your country's ministry of education or any other concerned agencies.
7. I take full responsibility for any unauthorized or illegal use of this certificate, or any other use beside as described in the agreement between myself and American International University.
8. I attest and hold full responsibility as the holder of this certificate to agree and abide by all terms and conditions listed, and understand that this certificate is for self improvement and growth only, and can be used to legal identification or to apply to official or educational parties as long as its within consent of your country's legal system without any responsibility on American International University.
9. I agree not to modify or alter this certificate in any way and to keep in the exact form sent to me.
10. I agree to be fully responsible legally in front of all official or governmental bodies for the purpose of acquiring this certificate and its use in official or unofficial manner without any responsibility on American International University.
11. You must agree to all listed terms and conditions before requesting or applying for any of our educational certificates through the Center for Electronic Degrees or through American International University other agreements.
12. I understand that all listed terms and conditions are legally binding in any court of law.
13. Our certificates are for personal development and growth and are in legal form and are true scientific degrees accepted from international bodies and organizations.
14. I understand that I hold full responsibility for all results from actions of using this certificate in an unauthorized or unspecified way beside the purpose its meant for.
15. The certificates are for personal development and growth and career enhancement only, any other unauthorized use is forbidden and you could be legally liable for any such unauthorized use.
16. You may need to ask for advise and must understand your benefit in this, which is earning a higher education degree for personal development and growth and to advance your career and realize a better life before ordering any of our educational certificates.
17. If you agree with all our terms and conditions you can apply for an educational certificate, if not please do not apply.
18. I understand that these certificates are for individuals wanting to improve their social situation and to apply to private sector businesses only. While taking into account that the certificates are based on work experience and are not notarized from the education ministry or any other educational or diplomatic body. These certificates are issued through the Center for Electronic Degrees within a co-operation agreement number (soon) dated (soon) or through agreement with UDEX University Corporation. However your certificates will be arrive with verification letters from the Apostille of Legal Authentication & Attestation in accordance with the Hague Convention which u can later notarize from official agencies.
19. I attest that I am at least 18 years old, have previous work experience, and have joined American International University on my own will to earn a certificate through the Center for Electronic Degrees or through agreement with UDEX University Corporation.
20. You must understand that American International University within the Center for Electronic Degrees is fully legal, and your degree is official and legal drawn from your previous achievements and evaluation of your educational level. Our university offers its degrees based on previous experience and work history and we can not guarantee that it will be accepted by your government. However our certificates are fully legal and accepted by organization worldwide. In any case our university will accept your certificate shall you choose to further continue your studies with us.
21. I understand and agree that the cost of our graduation pack includes the charge for mailing and shipping fees with the Center for Electronic Degrees as well as booklets and printed reports from American International University which will be shipped to you by an express carrier.
22. You must understand that your benefit from our certificate is to apply jobs in the private business sector. Our certificates do not mention "distant education" or "internet learning" on them. And are not intended for work within government institutions.
23. You must understand in summary that you can apply for a higher education degree through us from the Center for Electronic Degrees. American International University is a fully authorized and legal entity, however there is no campus, attendance halls. We offer educational degrees based on experience and are classified as 2nd or 3rd class higher education degrees within academic evaluation systems.
24. You must understand that records of graduates are kept at the office of admissions and student relations. Verification letters will be provided for your certificate in accordance the Hague Convention. Meaning, an official and notarized verification letter will be provided along with your graduation pack. The certificate itself shall not be stamped with notarization, this is in accordance with the protocol signed with the Apostille of Legal Authentication & Attestation.
25. You must understand that you can withdraw at any time, however there are no refunds for any fees paid before withdrawal.
26. You must understand that this academic site is international for all people regardless of location, for this purpose our certificates are fully legal and international. However its eligibility in your country's higher education ministry is not our responsibility and American International University claims no responsibility whatsoever.
